Policy
The Refund
Policy reflects the way KJ Property Management Sdn Bhd’s business works and define KJ Property Management Sdn Bhd’s relationship with you
as you interact with our software and services. These terms include the
following:
1. Application for Returns/Refunds/exchange
Subject
to the terms and conditions in this Refunds and Return Policy and the Terms of
Service,
Buyer
may apply for return of the purchased items (“Item”) and/or refund prior to the
expiry of the Guarantee Period 10 days.
2. Guarantee is a service provided by KJ Property
Management Sdn Bhd, on
User’s request, to assist Users in dealing with certain conflicts which may
arise during the course of a transaction. Users may communicate with each other
privately to resolve their differences or approach their relevant local
authorities to assist during Guarantee Period.
3. Buyer may only apply for the refund and/or return of
the Item in the following circumstances:

4. The approval of your request for refund and return
will be made by KJ Property Management Sdn Bhd in its sole discretion. Buyer acknowledges and agrees
that KJ Property Management Sdn Bhd’s
decision is final, conclusive and binding, and covenants and agrees that it
will not bring suit or otherwise assert any claim against KJ Property
Management Sdn Bhd or its
affiliates in relation to such decision.
5. In what circumstances are my items cannot be returned
or exchanged?

We will not
accept any return of items which are under promotion category and clearance
stock. Besides, no returns are acceptable if you order the items wrongly or you
have changed your mind.

You cannot
request for an exchange after 3 days of the received date.
6. How and when can I exchange a product?
·
There’s no
tangible product for exchange. Henceforth, it’s not applicable.
7. Under what circumstances can I request for a refund?
·
Refunds can only
be made when you have a valid reason or the system is entirely down and
inaccessible. You will receive e-mail/WhatsApp regarding the refund once these
circumstances happened.
8. The Beneficiary (hereinafter “BF”) hereby acknowledges
and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of KJ Property Management Sdn Bhd’s (hereinafter “I-Ruma”) Inter Bank Giro Transactions (hereinafter “IBG”) and
further confirms that IBG will be available for its bank account, the details
of which have been provided by the BF to I-Ruma under the IBG Beneficiary
Account information above. The BF agrees that I-Ruma will directly credit any
payment due to BF into the BF’s bank account as provided above (hereinafter
“the said IBG Bank Account”)
9. The BF confirms that all the information provided by
the BF to KJ Property Management Sdn Bhd, is current, accurate and adequate. KJ Property
Management Sdn Bhd is entitled
to act and/or rely on the information provided for the IBG without obtaining
any further written or other confirmation from the BF unless the BF
specifically notified I-Ruma in writing of any change of account information
provided. In the absence of such notification, KJ Property Management Sdn Bhd will continue to pay to
the BF into the said IBG Bank Account. The BF is solely responsible for
ensuring the accuracy, adequacy and completeness of the IBG account information
provided to KJ Property Management Sdn Bhd. KJ
Property Management Sdn Bhd
is not obliged to verify the accuracy, adequacy and completeness of the IBG
account information and will not be held liable for any loss or damage to the
BF arising from any delay/error in crediting payment to the BF’s said IBG Bank
Account based on the aforesaid account information or by any action taken by KJ
Property Management Sdn Bhd
in reliance on the account information as provided by the BF.
10. The BF agrees that in the event of any claim of
discrepancies, it shall be the responsibility of the BF to revert to KJ
Property Management Sdn Bhd
in writing within 30 days from the date the amount credited to the account,
failing which KJ Property Management Sdn Bhd will not be held liable for any such discrepancies. KJ
Property Management Sdn Bhd
reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions herein at any time by
giving the BF 30 days’ notice in writing, which notice may be sent by post,
WhatsApp or via email. KJ Property Management Sdn Bhd will so far as reasonably practicable give the BF
service or in other circumstances beyond KJ Property Management Sdn Bhd’s control. Once the BF
has received notice of any change in terms and conditions, KJ Property
Management Sdn Bhd will
treat the subsequent utilization of the IBG by the BF as acceptance of the
change.
